We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Manager to join our team at 7-Eleven Birkdale, located at 2-6 Bailey Road, Birkdale, QLD 4159. Known for delivering exceptional retail services, we are committed to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Determine product mix, stock levels and service standards
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices
- Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
- Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use. maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Undertaking budgeting for the establishment
- Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Qualifications:

- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a retail or hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency
