About the Role
This is a coaching-first role.
Your job is to:

Coach clients via group and 1:1 calls

Set clear game plans and targets
-
Review progress, solve problems, and drive execution

Hold clients accountable to elite standards

Work with our internal systems, tools, and data to help clients win
Experience in coaching, business operations, studio/gym ownership, or account management will help—but full training is provided.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for full time coaches who are looking to join our team, working out of our brand new HQ in the Sutherland Shire. These are full time, in office roles.
