An exciting full-time opportunity to join Master Electricians Australia in the role of Graphic Designer.

Master Electricians Australia is a national leading industry body which sets the benchmark of excellence for the electrical industry across Australia. We are widely recognised as the electrical contractor's leading business partner, knowledge source and advocate.

In this role, you will combine your design expertise and content skills to deliver engaging communications across MEA's digital, print, and social channels. From designing graphics, creating engaging web and digital content and supporting marketing campaigns, this is a role that offers variety and impact.

The Role

  • Create compelling designs across digital, print, and multimedia channels that resonate with members
  • Serve as a brand custodian, ensuring consistent identity across all MEA materials
  • Source, edit, and publish content for MEA's website, ensuring a strong user experience
  • Manage MEA's social media content calendar and deliver posts that drive engagement
  • Provide design and communications support for campaigns, events, and member engagement initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • Qualifications in Graphic/Digital Design (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a design role, with proven ability to create engaging digital and print content
  • Strong technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Experience with web platforms (e.g. WordPress) and a basic understanding of HTML is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and visual storytelling skills
  • Strong time management and organisational ability
  • Creative, innovative mindset with attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
