About the Role

As part of our Front of House team, you'll be responsible for providing friendly, efficient service to our guests, ensuring every customer has a memorable experience. You'll work across table service, order taking, running food and drinks, and general café duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat customers with a welcoming attitude.
  • Take orders accurately and process them through the POS system.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all FOH areas.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

About You

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Professional presentation and reliability.
  • Availability for weekends and peak trading periods.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $39.73 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
