Service Delivery Administrator (NDIS)

Location: Cairns

The Role

As the Service Delivery Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Service Delivery team by ensuring efficient rostering, maintaining compliance, and providing essential administrative support, all contributing to our commitment to high-quality care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attendance at morning and afternoon team meetings to ensure Service Delivery team has administration support
  • Maintain accurate records in Excel and FlowLogic
  • Support incoming calls
  • Ensure sensitive information is securely stored and accessed appropriately
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and support cross-departmental needs
  • Promote a safe and inclusive workplace aligned with NDIS and abbaCare policies and procedures
  • Participate in rostered on-call duties to support the Service Delivery team

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to interpret modern awards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with FlowLogic (highly desirable)

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced admin role
  • High-level organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
  • Understanding of disability or allied health sectors, (desirable)
  • NDIS Compliance - Yellow and Blue Cards

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting participants with complex care needs
  • Familiarity with NDIS processes and safeguarding frameworks
  • First Aid and CPR Accreditation
