Service Delivery Administrator (NDIS)

The Role
As the Service Delivery Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Service Delivery team by ensuring efficient rostering, maintaining compliance, and providing essential administrative support, all contributing to our commitment to high-quality care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Attendance at morning and afternoon team meetings to ensure Service Delivery team has administration support
- Maintain accurate records in Excel and FlowLogic
- Support incoming calls
- Ensure sensitive information is securely stored and accessed appropriately
- Assist with general administrative tasks and support cross-departmental needs
- Promote a safe and inclusive workplace aligned with NDIS and abbaCare policies and procedures
- Participate in rostered on-call duties to support the Service Delivery team

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to interpret modern awards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Experience with FlowLogic (highly desirable)
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced admin role
- High-level organisational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
- Understanding of disability or allied health sectors, (desirable)
- NDIS Compliance - Yellow and Blue Cards
Desirable:
- Experience supporting participants with complex care needs
- Familiarity with NDIS processes and safeguarding frameworks
- First Aid and CPR Accreditation
