A boutique law firm in the CBD are looking for a professional Legal Assistant to join their vibrant team. You will be responsible for supporting a team of four within the wider organisation. 

  • Nurturing and inclusive culture.
  • Full time role - CBD location.
  • $70,000 - $80, % super (2-5 years' experience)
  • $80,000 - $90, % super (5+ years' experience)

The opportunity

  • Answering, directing telephone calls, and taking messages.
  • General administrative duties
  • Managing multiple calendars
  • Organising and booking travel arrangements

About you To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have previous experience working in a legal setting
  • Have at least 2 years' experience in an administration role (or similar)
  • Show good initiative and be able to manage ever changing priorities
  • Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be flexible
