Robert Walters Perth is seeking a dynamic and driven Manager to lead our Mining & Engineering recruitment division. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing our strategy alongside the Head of Office, while leading a talented team and maintaining strong client partnerships across WA's thriving mining and engineering sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior recruiter or team leader looking to step up and take full ownership of a high-potential portfolio in a well-established, global brand.

What you'll be doing?

  • Leading and developing the Mining & Engineering recruitment team
  • Partnering with the Head of Office to shape and execute growth strategies
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients
  • Driving team performance and coaching consultants to hit targets
  • Identifying opportunities to expand market share across mining, engineering, and related industries
