Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and solutions-focused Clinic Coordinator & Senior Skin Expert to drive our clinic's growth and elevate the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert, personalised dermal treatments tailored to each client's unique skin and wellbeing goals
  • Designing and adapting customised treatment plans using your advanced knowledge and experience
  • Coordinating day-to-day salon operations to ensure smooth workflow, managing bookings, stock, and team communications
  • Supporting, mentoring, and educating junior therapists to grow their skills with positivity and encouragement
  • Collaborating with clinic leadership to contribute ideas, solutions, and initiatives that support our big-picture vision and ongoing success
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering accountability, motivation, and a culture of excellence
  • Develop and implement innovative systems and processes to streamline clinic operations and deliver outstanding client results
  • Create and deliver engaging education plans for staff and clients, ensuring everyone is empowered with the latest knowledge and skills
  • Maintain exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills, ensuring smooth daily operations and project management
  • Drive sales and business development initiatives with a focus on client satisfaction and measurable impact

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist or Dermal Therapist with a strong client care focus
  • Confidence in creating and adjusting treatment plans that deliver noticeable results
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage salon coordination with calm professionalism
  • A motivated self-starter who thrives without needing micromanagement, taking initiative daily
  • Leadership qualities combined with a nurturing approach to coaching others
