At Smilestones Therapy, we're building something different. We're a vibrant, down-to-earth team based in sunny bayside Wynnum — just steps from the water (literally... pack your swimmers). If you're passionate about working with kids- this role gives you the chance to shape your caseload around what lights you up. We treat children from 6 weeks old and up with developmental delays and disabilities. Our workplace is rewarding- we help teach kids to roll, sit, crawl and walk We do bike trials, community visits, swimming sessions and more. We are a tight-knit community where we don't feel clinical-we feel like family. Get to know mums, support workers, and kids and build deep meaningful relationships fostering trust and rapport- we find this gets the best outcomes with kids. We use a variety of interventions and we want you to as well We love CME, but here- we encourage ALL therapy styles including play, TASES, Spider cage, and more. We love working with each other, but also love our independence- no micro-managing here so you must be happy to work on your own on occasion and grow as your own Physiotherapist (we don't want a therapist that is a copy and paste of us)

We're on the hunt for a passionate Paediatric Physiotherapist who:

• Loves learning and wants to keep growing in a supportive environment
• Thrives in a flexible, friendly team where you'll be trusted to work independently
• Is comfortable getting silly with toddlers, but also having deep chats with their parents
• Wants to actually enjoy their workday (yes, that's still a thing)

• Creating fun, practical treatment plans for tiny humans
• Taking your lunch break with a barefoot walk on the beach or a quick dip in the wading pool out front
• Learning, laughing, and loving what you do

• A qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
• Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Paediatric physiotherapy experience preferred but new graduates with passion for child development encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and a collaborative spirit
• Current Australian driver's licence for community-based therapy sessions
• A heart for families, a curious mind, and a calm, can-do attitude
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa with appropriate working rights
• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited Australian institution
