About Our Client
Our client is a leading supplier of industrial and safety products, servicing a wide range of industries across Australia. They are committed to providing quality products, expert advice, and exceptional service to trade and industrial customers.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Customer Care Consultant, youll be the first point of contact for trade store customers, handling face-to-face enquiries, processing orders and quotes, and offering product advice. Youll identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, support promotional activities, and ensure the store is presented to company standards.

What You Will Need

  • Knowledge of tools and/or industrial supplies
  • Experience in customer service or sales
  • Strong communication skills and a professional manner
  • Ability to work in a team and follow procedures
