Job Title: Sales Fashion Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Sales Fashion Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their needs and ensuring they have an enjoyable shopping experience
  • To maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
  • To work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver results
  • To contribute to the smooth operation of the store by managing stock levels, maintaining visual merchandising standards and adhering to loss prevention procedures

Requirements:

  • A true passion for fashion and excellent customer service skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently with good problem-solving skills
  • Natural optimism and enthusiasm in everything you do
  • Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours according to business needs and peak trade periods
