The Role

The team at VDS is seeking reliable production operators to work in their production team. The role is Monday to Friday 2:45pm to 10pm. The team at VDS is also gearing up to start a permanent afternoon shift to assist with increasing production output, this will create multiple new opportunities for growth. Your daily task will require you to work on production lines where you will be assisting in manufacturing individual supplements ranging from powdered product to capsules and sachets.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Work closely with room leaders to constantly deliver on quality.

• Follow batch documents and internal procedures.

• Assist in blending various food powders

• Assist with packaging food powders and capsule products

• Assist in setting up of machinery

• Assist with cleaning production equipment and production areas

• Any other task as required in the production process

• Possible working night shift required

Qualifications & experience

• Successfully completed year twelve or equivalent

• Must have attention to detail

• Mechanically minded individuals preferred

• GMP and manufacturing experience preferred but no necessary for correct candidate

• Willingness to learn a new skill

• Ability to lift 15-25kg

• Must be available to work afternoon Monday to Friday
