Click Media is looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to work on The Boys team, leading their presence across social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands YouTube/digital pop culture, knows how to build and engage communities, and can execute high-quality content in the Boys style.

About us

Click is a talent-first media and ventures studio, based in Australia. We manage and build businesses alongside digital talent. The Boys are a fast-growing YouTube group and media brand with a loyal following and a distinct voice. They have built an incredible connection with their audience over over 10 million followers / subscribers through content and product.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow The Boys core social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and emerging platforms)
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that reflects the brand's voice, values, and goals
  • Ideate and create compelling social content
  • Plan, manage & publish content calendars, aligning with key dates, campaigns, and brand moments across our content and product ventures
  • Monitor performance metrics, provide insights, and adapt strategies based on what's working
  • Engage with our community in a way that's authentic, responsive, and aligned with our brand
  • Pitch ideas for original skits, remixes, or challenges that play to each platform's strengths.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, brand, partnerships) to bring ideas to life

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience managing social media for an influencer, brand, publisher, or digital platform
  • Familiarity with platform management and scheduling software
  • Some experience with design, video editing or content production
  • A deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and online culture. Living and breathing the internet
  • An ability to balance creativity with strategy - knowing what content will work and why
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
