We're expanding our business as we win new contracts. This is a new opportunity for a Service Coordinator/ Controller who can hit the ground running to join team.

Your day to day includes:

  • Scheduling jobs for our Technicians

  • Ensuring parts, information and any other job aspects have been organised

  • Being the key point of contact for the customer to provide updates and manage any escalations

  • Reporting on job completion and KPI updates and completing safety site audits

  • Stock inwards and outwards goods.

  • Previous experience within a Services management operations and processes environment of scheduling or controlling day to day activities;

  • Clear and strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills;

  • Excellent prioritisation, time management and resource allocation ability;

  • Highly motivated, a self-starter and good emotional intelligence;

  • Store housing responsibilities maintaining stock.

Ability to conceptualize deployment of solutions and pre-empt issues arising

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a friendly, approachable manner
  • Strong organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • Confidence using MS Office and digital tools to manage reporting and admin tasks
  • A proactive mindset – you don't wait to be told, you see what's needed and get it done
  • A collaborative spirit – you enjoy helping people and being part of a team that support each other.
