Eastcoaster Tasmania – Front of House Supervisor

Eastcoaster Tasmania, located in Orford, offers accommodation in 16 Villas, 9 Cabins, 47 Motel rooms, as well as 5 function and conference rooms and two restaurants. Guests have access to a gym, games room, two pools, spa, BBQ areas, playground, and courts for squash, pickleball, and basketball. We aim to provide comfortable accommodation and enjoyable stays.

The Front of House Supervisor ensures guest satisfaction in food and beverage services across our restaurants and event spaces, contributing to Eastcoaster Tasmania's welcoming culture.

Group bookings are key to our business, and this role ensures they run smoothly. Events take place in various function and conference rooms, with catering managed by the Head Chef. The ideal candidate values strong customer service, a solid work ethic, and creating positive experiences at Eastcoaster Tasmania.

The ideal candidate:

·       At least 3 years' hospitality experience leading teams and supervising operations

·       Positive, helpful attitude

·       Professional appearance

·       Works well in a team

·       Detail-oriented

·       Demonstrated expertise in bartending and cocktail preparation

·       Collaborates effectively with the kitchen and staff

·       Experienced with Lightspeed or similar POS System, including back-office setup

·       Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canva

·       Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities

·       Reliable; able to work flexible days, weekends, and holidays

A results-driven leader who exemplifies strong operational capabilities and demonstrates leadership through personal example, while consistently fostering positive customer relationships.
