The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee team and perform cleaning duties across designated areas, ensuring all tasks meet clients requirements and company standards.
• Clear communication with team members and clients
• Training and developing team when required
• Have fun and motivate team
• Work within a team conducting bond cleans100% accuracy with client cleaning requirements and checks for clean completion
• Using cleaning tools and products in a property with accuracy and care
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly
• Understanding the importance of perfect clean
• Building rapport with clients

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cleaning, leadership experience preferred but not necessary.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Extremely high-level time management skills
• Ability motivate team members.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
