We're seeking a proactive and experienced
Health & Safety Business Partner
to lead the safety function at one of our largest manufacturing sites. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape culture, influence behaviours, and make a meaningful impact on the wellbeing of our people.

. We believe safety is everyone's responsibility, and we're looking for someone who can inspire, engage, and drive real change.
Your typical day would look like (but not be limited to):
- Leading the site safety function as the go-to expert for all health and safety matters.
- Partnering across teams — operations, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain — to identify risks and implement practical, high-impact safety solutions.
- Conducting risk assessments and investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Designing and delivering site-specific safety programs aligned with national strategies and our Health & Safety Centre of Excellence.
- Monitoring and reporting on safety performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Championing employee engagement through training, toolbox talks, and visible leadership.
- Coaching and mentoring frontline leaders, influencing safe behaviours across all shifts.
- Collaborating nationally with your fellow Health & Safety Business Partners to share best practices and support broader business safety priorities.

You'll bring:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, ideally within FMCG or beverage production.
- Strong knowledge of Work Health & Safety legislation, standards, and risk management practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A hands-on leadership style, thriving in fast-paced environments and passionate about building a safety-first culture.
