We are currently on the lookout for a driven and skilled Administration Officer to join our crew at our clinic located at Berrimah.
As our Administration Officer, you will be passionate about supporting our clients and building and maintaining relationships with their stakeholders. It's essential you have the enthusiasm and energy to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment to deliver on client focus whilst supporting our crew members.

Skills
- Communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience and in line with our values.
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with crew members, clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Entering and maintaining proper input of information into the company's CRM. Data is kept up to date and entered into the system with 100% accuracy.
- Managing crew diaries.
- Dealing with incoming queries, issues and the day-to-day needs of clients and crew as they arise.
- Undertake general administration needs including being the first point of contact on the phone.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years working in a similar role (essential)
- Capacity to interpret the supports needed for clients and crew (essential)
- Management of multiple calendars for our crew members (essential)
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software products including Teams (essential)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task as required (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team in a clinic based role (essential)
- High level attention to detail both in literacy and numeracy (essential)
- Be experienced in working with remote teams and locations when required (essential)
- Experience in understanding NDIS plans (desirable)
- Experience with Splose (desirable).
Your duties will include (but not limited to)
- Greeting people when they arrive in the clinic
- Answering the phones
- Helping people find the services they need within our therapy team
- Networking and making connections with local stakeholders
- Managing calendars including complex scheduling across multiple therapists, including services in clinic, home and community settings and outreach services
- Assisting therapists with their day-to-day needs in supporting our clients
- Managing multiple email inboxes
- Ordering stationery, clinic supplies and reviewing supply levels
- Maintaining general cleanliness of the clinic environment
