We are located at Melbourne Airport - Think Asia in Terminal 4 and Hawker Bar in Terminal 2.

We are looking for skilled, Front of House personalities to join our team across our sites at Melbourne Airport. The candidate must be able to demonstrate that they can lead a team - as a Shift leader. Ability to speak Mandarin would be an advantage based on our customer profile.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Demonstrate experience in working in a fast paced environment
  • Know how to SELL & UPSELL
  • Knowledge of South East Asian cuisines & Bubble Tea
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously & lead a team
  • Understanding of Food Safety & OHS stds and compliance
  • Attention to detail
  • Holds RSA & Food Safety Supervisor certificates

As the Businesses runs 7 days and extended trading hours, some weekend work will be required. We operate 3 sites across the airport terminals so movement/progression is only limited by the employee's passion to grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
