We are currently representing a privately owned investment management firm seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its in-house property team. The role will focus on managing a diversified office and industrial portfolio across NSW, working closely with internal asset management and investment teams. This is an opportunity to step into a client-side role with a long-term investor that takes a proactive, value-driven approach to real estate ownership.

The Opportunity

The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of office and industrial assets, ensuring strong operational performance, tenant satisfaction, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end property management across office and industrial assets
  • Managing external service providers, including facilities managers and contractors
  • Overseeing lease administration, rent reviews, and outgoings reconciliation
  • Preparing and managing property budgets and forecasts
  • Supporting asset managers on leasing, capex and value-enhancement initiatives
  • Tenant relationship management and issue resolution
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS, statutory and ESG requirements

Candidate Profile

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Proven experience managing office and/or industrial assets
  • Background in property management, either client-side or within a managing agent
  • Strong understanding of lease administration and building operations
  • Sound financial and budgeting capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Relevant qualifications and licences required to operate in NSW
