Part-Time Mechanical Assistant

Location: Northern Suburbs, Perth

We are a small family-run business looking for a hands-on Mechanical Trade Assistant to work alongside the owner. The job involves a mix of mechanical work, helping out with trucks & machinery, and general workshop duties.

If you've got experience working on machinery or trucks, hold an HR driver's licence, and aren't afraid of a hard days work, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

You'll be working directly with the business owner, helping with:

  • Basic servicing and repairs on trucks and machinery
  • General workshop and yard work
  • Moving and operating trucks and equipment
  • Assisting wherever needed to get the job done

This is a part-time position, with hours that can be flexible for the right person

About you

We're after someone who:

  • Has experience working on machinery and trucks
  • Holds a current HR driver's licence
  • Is reliable, motivated and has a "can do" attitude
  • Works well beside others and takes pride in their work
  • Isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
