ABOUT THE ROLE

We are on the hunt for a mechanically Machinist to join our facility based in Wangara. The responsibilities include:

  • Operating  Manual Lathe/Milling Machine and other workshop machinery
  • Modifications to equipment/parts where necessary
  • Remove impellers for turndown and refit the same and complete impeller turndowns
  • Assembling of machined components
  • Thorough and meticulous completion of all maintenance records and documentation
  • Assembling of pumps as per supplied IOM.

Reading drawings and pump experience and trade certificate in fitting, turning or machining is essential.

This is a Perth Based (Wangara / NOR) position with the potential to travel from time to time.

We offer penalty rates, an annual performance bonus (10% on salary) and lots of other benefits.
