We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Coordinator to join our Brand and Marketing team in Epping. Reporting to the Director, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging, on-brand social media content that strengthens our digital presence and connects with our audiences.

What you'll do

Social Media Management

  • Manage and monitor all social media channels, engaging with audiences and responding to inquiries.
  • Identify new opportunities to boost brand awareness and website traffic.
  • Coordinate collaborations with influencers and content creators.

Content Creation & Execution

  • Work with the Director to plan and deliver content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Create compelling content for email marketing (EDMs) while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Design & Creative

  • Maintain brand integrity across all visual assets.
  • Design and publish creative content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Sprout Social.

Paid Media

  • Assist in developing and executing paid social campaigns, from content creation to performance tracking.
  • Contribute to strategies that meet KPIs and deliver strong ROI.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email platforms) to track and optimise performance.
  • Provide weekly social reports and contribute to monthly marketing presentations.

  • SEO knowledge and tools experience
  • Photography and videography skills
