All-Round Civil Operators for long term Defence Base refurbishment

Must Be an Australian Citizens due to security requirements
We are seeking skilled and reliable All-Round Civil Operators for a long-term contract based on a secure Australian Defence site. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to essential national infrastructure while enjoying steady, local work.

Position Highlights:

  • Location: Defence base (local site – no FIFO)
  • Hours: 10-hour shifts
  • Roster: Monday to Friday, occasional weekend work
  • Duration: On-going with permanent opportunities
Your Role Will Involve
  • Operation of various plant equipment (excavators, moxy, watercart, rollers)
  • Earthworks, trenching, backfilling, site prep, and civil works
  • Compliance with Defence site safety and security protocols
  • Working as part of a cohesive team delivering quality outcomes
o Be Considered, You Must Have
  • Demonstrated experience as an all-round operator across multiple civil machines
  • Valid machinery tickets (RIIs or VOCs)
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Australian Citizenship (MANDATORY)– due to Defence site requirements)
  • Ability to pass National Police Check and security clearance checks
  • Driver's licence (HR/MR licence desirable)
  • Commitment to safe work practices and team culture
