About the Role:
As Asset Manager, you'll lead the planning, operations, and strategic management of facilities at the University of Sydney. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire teams, optimise performance, and ensure sustainability, safety, and service excellenc
About You
:
You're a hands-on leader with proven experience in asset or facilities management, bringing both strategic oversight and practical know-how.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience: 5+ years in senior operational or asset/facilities management.
- Leadership: Ability to manage multiple sites and drive results.
- Technical Skills: Practical maintenance knowledge (carpentry, plumbing, basic repairs).
- Personal Attributes: Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills; confident working independently and collaboratively.
