About Our Client
Involved in a specialised and unique industry which includes Acrylic Display and Plastic Fabrication. Plastic is taking over the more traditional products such as glass, timber and steel. Markets being serviced by All-Type Plastic Fabrication include retail, wholesale and a variety of manufacturing bases including engineering, industrial, shop fitting, signage, lighting, mining and agricultural.

They are currently seeking an Office All Rounder to join their team in a Permanent Part Time position based in Acacia Ridge.

About The Role
As an Office All Rounder you will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9:30am '“ 2:30pm. This position isn't your typical office-based role, you will be responsible for adhoc duties such as;
Answering phones

Getting groceries and supplies for the office/workshop

Completing banking

Cleaning amenities

Assisting the director (EA)

Payroll and invoicing (this will be taught)

What You Will Need

Previous admin experience (ideally in a manufacturing or blue collar environment)

Strong communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Adequate computer skills

Previous MYOB experience

Ability to mingle and get along with a dynamic team

Driver's licence + reliable transport
