Whether it's making a tradie's workday easier or helping a family hit the road for an outback adventure, MRT is looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic person wanting to learn how to become the next Sales Superstar.

With a passion to help our customers kit out their vehicles for both work and play, this role isn't about hard selling – it's about sharing real knowledge, solving problems, and creating dream setups. If you're practical, passionate, and love a challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

About You

• You're the go-to mate for 4WD and touring advice, with a knack for practical solutions.
• Friendly, approachable, and easy to chat with.
• Passionate about touring, camping, and off-road adventures.
• Organised, reliable, with good IT skills, and a strong desire to learn.
• Available full-time, including alternate Saturdays (9–1).

What You'll Be Doing

• Helping customers choose setups that suit their lifestyle – whether that's tools during the week or leisure on the weekend.
• Learning from and supporting more senior sales team members to provide accurate quotes and gear recommendations.
• Coordinating with the workshop to ensure quality fit outs.
• Maintaining a neat and organised space to provide an excellent in-store experience
• Building relationships so customers come back to you for their next upgrade.

What You Bring

• A genuine desire to offer the best sales experience.
• A love for the outdoors and/or anything auto
• Clear communication and organisational skills.
• Great attention to detail and pride in your work.
• A valid driver's licence (manual preferred).
