We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can oversee plumbing projects, manage a team of plumbers, and ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to code.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of plumbers.
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Proactively liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project execution and outstanding customer service.
- Manage job schedules, materials, and workflow to meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and report progress to management.
Requirements:
- Licensed tradesman with relevant certifications.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the plumbing industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Valid driver's license.
