About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Senior Education Counselor
to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who understands the
end-to-end student admission process
, has
strong communication with education providers
, and is passionate about mentoring a team and driving workflow excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the
    main point of contact with education providers
    (colleges, universities) for course options, admissions, and documentation
  • Track and manage all student applications
    from offer letters to COEs, ensuring timely updates and quality service
  • Work closely with
    other counselors and the backend team
    to ensure consistency in admissions and student support
  • Mentor, train, and supervise
    junior education counselors to maintain high standards
  • Ensure all student admissions are aligned with
    migration pathways and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with the migration team for visa-related coordination and planning
  • Report to management with weekly updates on application status and provider relations
  • Maintain and optimize the
    education and admission workflow
    within the CRM system

Requirements

  • Minimum
    2+ years of experience
    in the education and migration industry (preferably in Australia or for Australian education)
  • Strong knowledge of
    Australian education providers, courses, and admissions processes
  • Experience working with
    international students
    (especially from South Asia, Southeast Asia)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership qualities and ability to mentor and support a growing team
  • Familiarity with CRICOS, PRISMS, and GS requirements is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM or student management systems (e.g., Agentcis, Studylink)
