Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Melbourne, VIC, for a Senior Advisor - Fundraising & Giving / Team Manager. In this role, you will lead and manage a team to deliver strategic advice and fundraising solutions for non-profit organizations and funders. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, overseeing fundraising strategies, evaluating philanthropic initiatives, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. Additional responsibilities include mentoring team members and ensuring alignment between client goals and organizational impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in fundraising, philanthropy, and / or giving strategies
  • Experience in team management, leadership, and mentoring
  • Skills in project management and problem-solving - bonus experience in strategic planning
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Knowledge of the non-profit sector and philanthropic trends
  • Bonus experience in data analysis, reporting, and impact measurement
