About the company/role:
  • Pharmaceutical company based near Melbourne CBD
  • Seeking Analytical chemist to join the team on a contract basis with potential for extension
  • Monday – Friday, standard working hours
  • Attractive Salary
Duties:
  • Participate in the development and validation of analytical methods for new products and raw materials
  • Prepare and maintain validation reports
  • Participate in analytical OOS investigations including correction and preventative actions to address method improvements
  • Ensure validated analytical methods are functional with respect to both instrumentation software & hardware
About you:
  • Bachelor of Science majoring in Chemistry or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Chemistry laboratory experience in a GMP environment
  • Demonstrated experience in method development and validation within a GMP environment
  • Excellent knowledge of analytical techniques including GC, HPLC, UPLC and wet chemistry.
  • Well organized with the ability to work under pressure and motivation to work consistently with minimum supervision.
