Property Manger

About the role

Saxon Developments is seeking a diligent and organised Property Manager to join our team in Campbelltown, NSW. As a full-time Property Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and property maintenance.

What you'll be doing

• Manage daily tenant enquiries, including coordinating property inspections, lease renewals, and resolving tenant concerns
• Oversee the leasing process, including advertising vacancies, conducting viewings, and negotiating lease agreements
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with tradespeople and ensuring timely completion of works
• Conduct regular property inspections and manage the end-of-lease process
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including financial records and reports
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a property management role, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of relevant property legislation and regulations

• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
