We're Hiring: Disability Support Worker (RN or EN Required) – Watsonia North, VIC

Endless Care is looking for passionate and reliable Disability Support Workers with a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) background to join our dedicated team in Watsonia North.

Shifts Available:

We offer a range of shifts across 7 days a week, including:

  • 8:00am – 1:00pm
  • 1:00pm – 8:00pm
  • 2.5 hour shifts (2:1 Support):

    8:00am – 10:30am and 5:00pm – 7:30pm

    (Must be willing to do some of these shorter shifts or solely these if preferred.)

Longer shifts are available, but we require flexibility to assist with some 2.5-hour 2:1 shifts.

Your Role Includes:
  • Personal care
  • Hoisting and manual handling (2:1 support)
  • Household tasks and light cleaning
  • Meal preparation
  • Community access (e.g., attending medical appointments)
What We're Looking For:
  • Must have an RN or EN qualification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Reliable, caring, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
