Territory Power Solutions, a distinguished commercial electrical company, is looking for another Estimator. Our projects span across a wide range of commercial and industrial electrical solutions, ensuring a varied and exciting workload. No two days are the same in our fast-paced, innovative environment

Your role will include:

  • Collate and review tender invites.
  • Updating tender lists, key dates and scheduling the review process.
  • Analyse and review specifications and plans to determine the scope and requirements for projects.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, provide detailed cost estimates for materials, labour and equipment.
  • Ensure tender submissions meet any closure deadlines and are in the format required by the client.
  • Participate in client meetings and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to maintain a successful project trajectory.
  • Demonstrating a continuous thirst for knowledge and self-improvement.
  • Aligning with our company culture and values.

What we're looking for:

  • Electrical estimating experience in the commercial and Defence sector.
  • Ability to provide a comprehensive and meticulous approach to tendering.
  • An understanding of electrical systems and installation methods.
  • A strong understanding of AS3000 and other relevant standards.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft).
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Desirable:

  • Experience in Aroflo project management software
  • DCAC and White Card
