Who We Are & Why We're Different
headspace Darwin, led by Anglicare NT, is a youth-focused, early intervention mental health service supporting young people aged 12–25. Our services operate across Casuarina and Palmerston, delivering multidisciplinary care that includes:
- Clinical services
- Peer support
- Social and emotional well-being programs
- Psychiatry
- Family-inclusive practice
If you're tired of carrying risk alone… this is different. Collaboration isn't optional. Clinical decisions are shared, supervision is embedded, and reflective practice is protected time — not something you squeeze in after hours. We are committed to delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. Our staff are supported through strong clinical supervision, peer reflection, and extensive professional development opportunities. We foster a workplace culture that prioritises wellbeing, collaboration, and professional growth.

Two Great Roles. One Shared Mission to Improve Youth Mental HealthWe are recruiting for two key roles to support our headspace Darwin programs:
- Clinical Lead
- Senior Clinician
Both positions offer the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, deliver evidence-based interventions, and help shape services that make a meaningful difference for young people and their families.
These roles matter because young people don't arrive at headspace at their best — they arrive when things are hard.
Your role is to ensure they feel safe, understood, and supported — while knowing you are equally supported by your team.

For the Senior Clinician:
