Job Description

We are looking for a full time Car Care Consultant to sell Aftermarket vehicle protection products, electronics and window and paint films to our vehicles and satisfy customer demand.

You will be well supported by our expert sales team that follow the highest standard in Road to Sale to ensure aftermarket opportunity is maximised.  The successful applicant will be responsible for achieving set targets, maintaining up to date sales CRM and working closely with the General Management team for constant review of process for improvement.

With a focus on enhancing customer experience, you'll collaborate with sales and finance teams, ensuring site profitability while meeting and exceeding set targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting a range of aftercare products and offering expert advice to new and existing customers.
  • Managing inquiries and achieving sales targets for aftermarket products.
  • Maintaining accurate sales logs and providing post-sale customer support.
  • Rotating between our Sydney dealerships weekly to meet clients.
  • Collaborating with all dealership departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the buying experience.
Qualifications

About You: We're seeking an individual who embodies the following traits:

  • Previous experience as a Car Care Consultant
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong drive to exceed targets.
  • A professional appearance and reliable work ethic.
  • A current Australian driver's license and access to reliable transport.
  • Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays).
