About the Role

Join PCB Contractors as a Site Supervisor and take the lead in overseeing all aspects of construction projects. In this role, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You will Supervise and inspire a team of construction professionals, driving successful outcomes for our clients and upholding our commitment to excellence.

What You'll be Doing

· Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets

· Supervise on-site construction activities, including the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers

· Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations (OFS, ISO accreditation 9001,14001,45001 in Safety, Environmental and Quality )

· Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders

· Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process

· Liaise with clients, consultants and other key project partners

· Mentor and develop the skills of the construction team

What We're Looking For

· years experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry

· Proven track record of successfully assisting the delivery of construction projects

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Experience with construction management software

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials and technologies

·       Proficiency in reading and interpreting project drawings and specifications

· Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, a related field or trade qualification
