Now, we're looking for an Inbound Stock Team Leader to join our Warehouse team and keep the heart of our business moving.

About the Role

As the Inbound Stock Team Leader, you'll play a key part in making sure our stock flows seamlessly into the business. You'll lead a close-knit team, set the pace in a fast-moving environment, and ensure every item that arrives is processed with accuracy, care, and efficiency.

This role is hands-on, people-focused, and perfect for a natural leader who thrives in a busy warehouse setting. You'll guide a daily team of 4–6, build strong connections across departments, and contribute directly to the Lorna Jane mission of delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading all inbound stock activities, from container unloading to stock put-away.
  • Ensuring every delivery is checked, logged, and followed up on if there's a discrepancy.
  • Coaching and developing your team – leading daily briefings, giving feedback, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Keeping stock data accurate using People Vox (PVX) and reporting tools.
  • Maintaining a safe, organised, and clean work environment.
  • Partnering with Inventory Control, Logistics, Retail Operations, and other teams to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling and system use.
  • Confidence using warehouse systems (PVX preferred) and Excel.
  • A collaborative mindset with great communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Physical capability to regularly lift and move stock (up to 15kg).
