About Us:

MCL Commercial is a trusted name in commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance across Western Australia. With a commitment to high-quality service and a passion for green spaces, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding results to our clients.

We are currently seeking an Experienced Greenkeeper to join our dedicated team based out of our yard in Landsdale, WA.

The Role:

This is a full-time position suited to someone who is reliable, skilled, and has a genuine passion for turf management and horticulture. You'll be responsible for maintaining a variety of commercial sites, including sports fields, parks, and open spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Turf maintenance including mowing, fertilising, aeration, and weed control
  • Irrigation system monitoring and basic repairs
  • Identifying and treating pests and diseases
  • General grounds maintenance and landscaping duties
  • Operation of a variety of equipment and machinery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in greenkeeping or turf management
  • Sound knowledge of turf care practices and machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Current manual driver's licence (MR/HR licence a bonus)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
