We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Supervisor to join our Adelaide David Jones Concession team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine sales leadership with a focus on growing and engaging our customers, primarily targeting the Chinese market through tailored clienteling strategies.

About the Role

As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving boutique performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example on the sales floor, mentor team members, and focus on strengthening our connection with VIP clients—particularly within the Chinese market.

Your ability to utilise WeChat and Rednote, along with strong cultural awareness and language skills, will allow you to re-engage our Chinese VIPs, build long-lasting relationships, and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and embody the Parisian chic of Sandro & Maje.
  • Develop and grow our Chinese VIP clientele by utilising WeChat and Rednote as engagement tools.
  • Build personalised client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Train and coach team members on clienteling best practices.
  • Assist with daily store operations, including VM standards, stock management, and team coordination.

About You

  • Proven retail experience in a senior sales role, ideally in premium or luxury fashion.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience using WeChat, Rednote, or other digital clienteling platforms.
  • Sales-driven with a focus on customer experience and building long-term relationships.
  • Passion for fashion and understanding of the Chinese customer profile.
