We are seeking a dynamic and driven Adobe Business Development Manager to lead partner engagement and growth initiatives across our Adobe portfolio. This role is pivotal in enabling partners to successfully sell Adobe solutions to their end users, expand their Adobe business, and deepen their understanding of Adobe products and licensing.
What you will do in the role:
Partner Enablement & Growth
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Adobe sales through channel partners.
- Identify and onboard new partners with potential to scale Adobe offerings.
- Support partners in building go-to-market strategies and sales motions.
- Training & Knowledge Development
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions to partners.
- Help partners improve their Adobe knowledge, including Creative Cloud, Acrobat, and Firefly tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners are equipped with the latest Adobe updates and resources.
Licensing & Commercial Expertise
- Provide guidance on Adobe licensing models and commercial structures.
- Assist partners in navigating licensing complexities to optimize customer outcomes.
Business Development
- Uncover new business opportunities through quarterly business planning.
- Drive pipeline generation and conversion through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Represent Adobe in partner meetings, events, and quarterly business reviews.
What you will need to succeed in the role:
- Proven experience in business development or channel management, ideally within the software or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of Adobe licensing and product portfolio.
- Excellent presentation and software demonstration skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence across partner organizations.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
