About the role

As a General Practitioner at Saratoga Medical, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality primary healthcare to the local community. This full-time position is based in our modern clinic in Saratoga, NSW 2251, offering both in-person and telehealth consultations.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and assessments to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans, including prescribing appropriate medications and ordering diagnostic tests
  • Provide ongoing care and management for patients with chronic conditions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with medical and legal requirements
  • Participate in continuing medical education to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines

What we're looking for

  • Registration as a General Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in general practice or a similar primary care setting
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, patient-centred care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with the healthcare team
  • Excellent clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
