Now we're looking for a Field Services Technician to join our Laverton North branch and help keep our equipment performing at its best.

What You'll Do

As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our fleet running in peak condition — both in the yard and out on client sites.

  • Hit the road – Conduct on-site servicing, diagnostics, and repairs using your fully equipped service vehicle.
  • Solve problems fast – Respond to breakdowns, troubleshoot efficiently, and get customers back on track.
  • Hands-on servicing – Carry out scheduled maintenance and repairs across our modern plant and equipment fleet.
  • Keep us hire-ready – Ensure machines are clean, fuelled, and in top condition before they go out.
  • Safety first – Follow procedures and maintain high standards of organisation, safety, and workmanship.
What You Bring
  • Trade-qualified Diesel or Plant Mechanic (or similar)
  • 3–5+ years' experience in plant or mobile equipment servicing
  • Strong mechanical knowledge across diesel, electrical and hydraulic systems
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills — calm under pressure
  • Experience with hire management systems (Syrinx preferred)
  • Licences: Driver's, White Card, Forklift, Working at Heights, and ideally HRW / EWP
