We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Third In Charge to take our store in Chermside to the next level This is a full time role, working a Tuesday-Saturday roster.

Our Chermside store is known for its exclusive women's and DLUXE range, offering the latest trends to style-conscious shoppers. As our newest team member, you'll not only contribute to our success but also have access to our incredible development opportunities that will help you grow both personally and professionally.

WHAT AMAZING LOOKS LIKE AS A 3IC

• You're passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills

• You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business

• You're ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training.

• You pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional and Store Management team.

• You support your ASM and Store Manager in leading and motivating your team

• You participate in training initiatives in store to constantly develop your skills as a leader

• You lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment (because we believe energy is contagious)
