Perth Sports Institute is currently recruiting enthusiastic basketball referees to join our team for Inter School Sport Competitions in Term 4 2025/Term
We are currently recruiting basketball referees to work with our client schools located in the following and surrounding suburbs: Melville, Salter Point, East Perth, South Perth.
We offer competitive rates starting from $40 per match with an opportunity for back-to-back games
The season runs throughout Term 4, from late October till early March 2026.
Fixtures are primarily on Friday afternoons between 2.00pm - 4.00pm, and Saturday mornings between 8.30am am.
Staff are paid fortnightly and have the potential to take on further refereeing opportunities throughout the year.

To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Possess or be willing to obtain a Western Australian Working with Children Check
- Have a deep understanding of basketball
- Possess significant experience in playing, coaching or refereeing the sport
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Melville WA 6156: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Refereeing: 1 year (Preferred)
