Application Support Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and energetic professional to join our manufacturing Service Desk Team. This position requires strong communication and analytical skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively across Atturra, vendor, and client teams.
As a Service Desk Consultant, you'll be the main contact for application and functional support on the QAD platform. A strong sense of curiosity will enable you to thoroughly understand client requirements, enabling the delivery of high-quality support and practical solutions. The ability to remain composed under pressure and efficiently manage multiple tasks is essential.
This full time, permanent role is based in our Brisbane office, but we welcome applicants from Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Adelaide.
Responsibilities- Provide QAD application and functional support services to clients.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Assist clients with analysis, troubleshooting, and offer guidance on best practices.
- Contribute to the development of documentation, knowledge base articles, and how to guides.
- Assist with root cause analysis to address recurring issues and prevent future disruptions.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and managers to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and organisational success.
- 5 years of application support for QAD ERP or comparable systems (SAP, Oracle, MS D365, Pronto, NetSuite).
- Previous manufacturing sector experience, with knowledge of processes, scheduling & planning tools, production orders, BoM, and routing is highly desirable.
- Experience in a Help Desk environment, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities is advantageous.
