Central Queensland Exploration are seeking hard-working and highly motivated (Heavy Diesel Fitter / Drill Rig Fitter / Auto Electrician) to join our growing team.

Central Queensland Exploration is a leading exploration drilling services provider with 20+ years drilling experience and a strong reputation for safely delivering projects beyond expectations for our valued clients.

This position is based out of our new maintenance facility in Capella, Queensland. Local Applicants are urged to apply. Applicant must be willing to travel to other various workshops / sites within Central Queensland.

About the Role:

  • 14 days on / 14 days off

  • Requirements of the successful applicant/s:

  • Manual Open License (essential)
  • Heavy Rigid License (essential)
  • Trade Certificate (essential)
  • Catterpillar and Cummins Engine Experience
  • Hydraulics experience (advantage)
  • Prior experience as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic
  • Auto Electrician experience (advantage)
  • Hard working with attention to detail, quality and safety
  • Be able to work unsupervised and have good time management skills
  • Document, record and track servicing and maintenance of all vehicles
