The Role

We're on the hunt for a standout Store Manager to take the reins at our Melbourne CBD Store. You'll be the driving force behind team culture, store performance, and delivering the best customer experience in the game.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing retail team
  • Driving sales, achieving store targets & smashing KPIs
  • Creating a welcoming, knowledgeable and energetic store atmosphere
  • Managing store operations – rosters, stock control, reporting
  • Delivering legendary customer service & expert golf advice
  • Supporting product launches, events & fitting experiences

Who You Are:
  • 2+ years' experience in retail leadership (sports/lifestyle retail is a bonus)
  • Passionate about golf – or curious enough to become an expert
  • A natural people-person & confident team leader
  • Organised, efficient & confident with back-of-house tasks
  • Sales-driven, customer-focused & ready to go the extra mile
