About IMAGINATIONATION

IMAGINATIONATION is a premium, design-led play and learning space opening soon at Chadstone Shopping Centre.

Created for children and their grown-ups, it's a place where play, imagination, and creativity meet exceptional hospitality. Our team is dedicated to creating joyful, safe, and memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.


About the Role

We're looking for energetic, positive, and reliable people to join our opening team as Play Guides.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you'll:

  • Welcome families and children to the venue
  • Facilitate engaging, imaginative play experiences
  • Support parties and scheduled activities
  • Keep our venue tidy, safe, and looking its best
  • Work closely with your team to ensure every guest leaves smiling

Every day will be active, social, and rewarding - Play Guides are the heartbeat of IMAGINATIONATION. You'll be moving, talking, laughing, tidying, helping, and spreading joy all day long.


About You

You're the kind of person who brings energy and positivity wherever you go. You're confident engaging with both kids and adults and genuinely care about creating great experiences.

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

  • Warm, friendly, and proactive
  • Comfortable in a lively, fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about helping children learn and explore through play
  • Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
  • Experienced in kids' activities, hospitality, retail, or customer service (highly regarded)
  • Available to work weekends and school holidays

A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) will be required for all team members.
