We have partnered with a top-ten mid-tier accounting firm to source a suitably experienced Intermediate Accountant to work within the Business Advisory Services team. Offering exceptional career progression and exposure to a large clients, the successful candidate will receive close mentorship and the opportunity to build a long and successful career.

About the Role:

  • Prepare BAS and IAS lodgements with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, and related entities
  • Complete tax returns across a broad range of structures
  • Support clients with proactive tax planning strategies
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients across diverse industries

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Business or Commerce, and working towards CA qualification
  • An ability to manage and prioritise your workload whilst balancing this with a strong client service focus.
  • Accounting experience in providing advisory solutions for clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and identify and resolve problems effectively
  • Experience in managing a variety of tasks simultaneously despite changing priorities and requirements
  • An engaging and positive communication style - both from a team and client perspective
  • A team-focused attitude with a confident and friendly personality
